  Unfortunately the service was really bad. My boyfriend and I went to Bonefish on a Thursday night for a date night and we were there for an hour and forty minutes, received very poor service, and okay food. We arrived at 5:20 and finally got out the door at 7pm. That’s a huge chunk of our week night evening. I could understand a one hour and 40 minute dine in service if the resturant was busy but it was not. We got fish and chips to share and they were bad; they were greasy, soggy, and flavorless. The fries were limp and warm at best. We about 1/3 of the dish and asked for the check as quickly as the server came out. It was bothersome that the server didn’t ask if the food was okay; I would’ve perfed not to pay $20 for bad food that we didn’t eat but I also didn’t want to be rude to the server. The managers were walking around throughout our dine time and no one ever asked how we were doing, noticed how disgruntled we were, or asked about the uneaten food. Shortly before leaving the server apologized for the speed of service and blamed the “large event they had going on”. There was a wine night event which started at 6:30, and there were three tables in the event. This was very irritating. EDIT- Bonefish has since reached out to me via this review thread and over the phone. The kitchen manager Bianca was great. Bonefish has invited us back to try and rectify the experience. For me this is an indicator of great management and staff; it's nice for an establishment to see a poor review and respond. I will be back to give Bonefish another shot.

  Please pay bartender well! Please! She obviously enjoy working here & doing ten jobs. I need her to give good energy all the time it’s call customer service!!! I THINK she want to be nice and not frustrated.

  The restaurant is beautiful and relaxing with nice quality furniture. The staff is well dressed and they are very friendly. Our waitress, Alanda, took very good care of us. She greeted us with enthusiasm and met our needs. I appreciate the initiative she took to make sure we enjoyed our meal. I had the mahi mahi and it was delicious. Very flavorful, well cooked food. This was my first time visiting and I would definitely come back and I recommend it.

  I absolutely love this bonefish location! Our server today was Slim and she is incredible. Very attentive and has a great personality, she also has good food and drink recommendations. I overall loved my experience here today

  I walked in for a table of one..there is hardly ever anyone ready to seat me so I sat at the bar. I was the only patron at the bar and this couple happened to walk in after me. To my surprise the bar tender waited on them first instead of me. This is my second time coming to this establishment and being unseen. This was Monday, November 10th around 3 to 4pm. My food is barely hot due to long wait times and I wish this could be fixed.
