You can order at 2-3 pm which is not a lunch rush and still be asked to pull around and wait for your food. While I appreciate that they may have make my order so it is hot this doesn’t explain why the fries are always cold? Just a heads up, if you’re ok with cold food and waiting 15-20 minutes for your food while others drive away immediately, then please enjoy!

Pick your own seating in dining room, as well as gathering your own condiments and accessories. Our party of 2 selected multiple roast beef sadwiches, each with thinky sliced roast beef. Sandwiches were well assembled, wrapped and were delicious Music in dining room is too loud. Very quick and efficient lunch

Very friendly staff and very clean. Of all the Arby’s in the Newport News and Hampton area, they should take lessons from these people that work at this store. I recommend this location above all others in the area.
