  I’ve tried with this place many times but the service is horrible. They also play extremely inappropriate rap music VERY loud so my kids can hear.

  The best coffee in Hampton Roads! You will wait, but the lines move quickly and the coffee is excellent. Just go! I like the German chocolate. Get it half sweet and enjoy.

  Never had a bad experience. Everyone greets with a smile and usually by the end of the conversation we are laughing about something. Good music and great vibes. Surprised on how fast the service is during the busy times of the day when the line is wrapped around the building and out to the road.

  Sat in the line for almost 15mins. I specifically ordered two of the exact same milkshakes. Paid. Got up front just to be handed ONE milkshake. Mind you there’s no priced menu through the drive thru so no I didn’t realize I only paid for one shake. I attempted to pay for my second shake and wait for it to be made. I had no issue at all that the staff member Addisyn messed my order up. What I had an issue with was being told I now have to go back through the entire line because the staff would get in trouble if they made my shake right then and there. I then proceeded to ask if I can pay for the additional milkshake and pull out of their line to the side somewhere so that I wasn’t holding it up. I was still told no and that I needed to go all the way back through the line. Like……...it’s not my fault your staff member messed my order up. No I’m not going back through your long slow line, as my autistic child looses her patience from the long wait we already endured going through the line the first time. So then I ask for a refund and the refund process literally took a few minutes as it appeared they needed to figure out how to do the refund. Like at this point y’all could have just made my other shake…….HIGHLY disappointed at the service I received today.

  I've been here a few times & it's always "meh." The hot drinks are ALWAYS warm-ish (never hot). I don't like that they don't have a full menu posted all the time at the drive thru. I've had a bunch of different lattes, signature drinks, breve drinks & they're general so-so; I've never once thought "this is delicious!". But the only one that was absolutely REVOLTING was the "hot"chai latte... It tasted chemical flavored i-don't-know-what mixed with the type of tap water that someone yells at you "DON'T DRINK THAT! We have to use bottled water."
