I got the cinnamon roll. I enjoyed mine just needed a little more sweetness. We definitely will go back again. Everyone was nice and the line moved fast even though it was long.

Well the young lady in the line rang it up as a green tea with lavender and lemon concentrate. My wife got to the server and saw the drinks were wrong. she could tell by the color and lack of cold foam. Her drink is usually a purplish pink color with cold foam and what she was given was a yellowish green with no cold foam. She brought it up and the server took it back to the ladies making the drinks. One of them turned to my wife and told her that my wife rang the order up wrong and she will fix it this time but next time she has to buy a new drink. Well today I went to get my drink and her drink. I told the young lady taking the order my wife's exact drink. Well she didn't put it in, she just hit the same wrong drink from last time. So I sent it back and the girl making the drink looked at me like I committed a crime against humanity. It's like ever since they changed staff this location got less friendly, which sucks because I love 7 brew, not sure if we will go back. Maybe I'll give them one more chance.

Not the same thing. They did put some cream in, after I tried to explain the problem, and it tasted good. I like salted caramel cold brew, it just wasn't what I asked for.

With the price I’m paying for your drinks, you should be able to pay your employees well enough so they’re not begging for tips. Absolutely ridiculous, there is no waiter here, you’re handing me a cup of coffee… that’s it! Pay your employees better, this has to stop.
