  Normally love coming to this location, however today wasn’t it. I ordered a banana protein drink, I was not aware protein costs extra. At the window immediately after ordering I asked kindly if it was too late to get the protein taken off of this drink. The male cashier responded with “it is too late” and continued with my total. From someone who had worked customer service in the past, this statement was not the correct response he had. Bad customer service this trip. Came in around 11am. I will definitely take a break or if see this service worker will just avoid the location. Disappointed this trip wasn’t great. Also just noticing the drink and how it isn’t as full as normal.. oh well.

  There was an employee severely struggling with making sandwiches while there were 4 people in the front. I asked how long my mobile order would take because their employee needs help and the elderly associate tried to argue with me. After about a 10 minute wait I was served the nastiest sandwich. This establishment needs new employees IMMEDIATELY! My bun was shriveled and burnt.

  Jorge was so nice and was very kind when they were busy and always got my order out on time. He was a very attentive and caring individual. The food was also top notch!

  It should not take 20+ minutes to get to the window to get a coffee at a drive through. It should then not take an extra ten minutes to get your drink that you ordered 30 minutes prior. This is consistently the case at this location, no matter what workers are there. The employees are usually not even apologetic. Half the time my coffee is burnt or the cup isn’t filled up even 3/4 of the way. Save your time and your money. There’s a Starbucks right up the street.

  At 1:30 PM, we tried the drive-thru first. The car in front of us was at the speaker but no one took her order during the 5 minutes we waited. We went inside. The store was not busy, and there were at least 4 employees. We ordered 2 donuts which were very stale. The filling in the Boston cream donut tasted off. Poor service and poor food.
