- CLCortney LovellDec 8, 20252.0Lady was smackin in a donut a few days ago then out it down and went to proced to try and finish my order. I told her no she needs to wash her hands and I want different boxes. She washed her hands and refused to speak to me, but did finish my order.
- MSMelissa SuerMar 6, 20231.0Ordered delivery at 5:30. found out 45 minutes later that it would be an additional 30 minutes beyond that. I asked if I could come pick up instead, they said yes. I go to pick up. I say don't worry about changing the amount, I still paid delivery fee and tip that I had already been charged because at this point my child and I were just ready for dinner. It's now 4 hours later (9:46pm) when I have to be up at 4am. I was just falling asleep myself, my child is asleep, and my doorbell rings two separate times. I then receive a phone call bc obviously I'm not answering my door at this time of night when I'm not expecting anyone. I am told my pizza is here ...what???? I call the store to see if I'm being charged again and why a delivery is being made to my home 4 hours later and after I picked up my order already. They say that's weird and that's it. Not happy.
