- OHOctavia Hicks6 days ago2.0Came into chick fil a 40mins before close, 4 people looked me right in my face and didn't even greet me or attempt to get whoever was at the front to take the order. One of which was even the manager on shift (tall white lady wear a green shirt). Stood there for about 5mins before the cashier came from the back. I say "it's crazy how 4 people looked at me and didn't even speak" even what looked like the manager. Which the young lady confirmed she was. What was even crazier was the man that came in after me got spoken to soon as he came through the door..... and to absolutely make this a race thing HE WAS WHITE, everyone that didn't speak was white and the cashier that did speak.... you guessed it.... she was black. I felt like making it a thing but of course the manager come super condescending talking about "can I help you with anything" so I told her the same thing "Crazy how 4 people looked me in my eyes when I came in including you and nobody spoke but the girl. She gonna say we all got different positions. I'm 32 years old and my first job was at chick fil a and it didn't matter what your position was EVERYONE greeted the guest. She didn't even apologize for being one of the ones that LOOKED in my face and didn't speak.
