  I love this Chick fil A!!! From the time they opened until now, they have exceeded my expectations. And this is the only Chick-fil-A that I go to in this city now. Thank you, Jefferson and Buchanan for always exemplifying great customer service and answering my questions when I call and ask about new menu items. Lol.

  Employees are really rude to each other I caught a glimpse of it myself. Order taking his pretty fast but getting the food out is really slow sat in line for about 10 minutes I've never said that long at a Chick-fil-A and this is not the first time if this is going to be a Chick-fil-A it needs to be ran like Chick-fil-A most people go to Chick-fil-A for its speed and accuracy and so far this location and I've come several times to give them chances and they are closer to my home but so far this is not Chick-fil-A A1

  I have come here so many times since they opened and having 4 kids I always get an order for 5 or more. Every time I order they make me pull around to the Advanced Auto business next to them and wait in their parking lot to bring my food to me and every time my order is missing items when I get home. I told the lady today that they should offer an ice-cream cone for the inconvenience of always asking me to wait at the business next door and always forgetting items in my bag. The manager Lauren said she could not do that. So I asked for a refund and she said it would take a couple days and if I didn't get it I could come back. This is the closest Chic fila to my house and I will not go back to it. As much as I love chicfila this one is not like the others. I will drive further for better service moving forward. Over 100 dollars

  Critic By Appetite not by Authority! Ethan the not need to be manager did not give me my food nor did he give me my refund gave me a card and told me to contact support and refused my service of refund. Never heard of no such thing I thought it was either or so I left with no food, less points, no receipt and was charged on top of not given my refund. All over a question of being charged for Apple vinaigrette due to a dry kale salad. Loyal customer lost all respect for chic fil A This New location is a Joke

  Drive through is so slow there should be no reason why not takes 15 mins to place order.. I know they are new but all the other chick fil an are way faster…. I did love the young lady that came and took my order she was so nice and friendly wish I could remember her name
