  Incredibly slow. Order online. Come in to pick up past scheduled time. “We haven’t made it yet.” Bowl is ready 10 mins later… “we need to make pita chips.” 10 mins later. Ready to go. Don’t know what the point of ordering ahead is. 2 times in a row. Won’t be a 3rd.

  Great service and even better food. Ninti and Natalia were both very pleasant and helpful. I will definitely be back thanks to the great food and service!

  CAVA used to be sooo good. I would go here all the time and pick up food for my family. Recently, I would say in the past year or so, every time I put an online order in, they always skimp on the protein, forget certain items in the bowl, and never give the 2 sauces that you ask for. The soft pita side is usually never included as well. Not ordering from here anymore, especially when all you're eating are the sides and not much protein.

  Today (4/8/26 at roughly 5:30pm) was my first time ever trying CAVA and I didn’t know what to get. The employees behind the counter came through with the recommendations!!! They were so patient, helpful and FRIENDLY! They deserve to be recognized and I feel bad because I didn’t get their names but all three of them did not disappoint providing a great first experience!
