  Took over an hour to receive Luke warm food, drinks, went unfilled multiple times, there was food all over the floor, Bathroom was dirty and manager was unbothered by any of it, appetizer came out with food cold. Waitstaff constantly ignored our table and would spend several minutes talking to other tables around us. Bus boy would constantly shove himself into the table to grab plates with ear buds in. Hostesses gave snide comments and ugly looks when leaving.

  Started off by making reservations because it normally is busy on a Wednesday night got there and asked to be seated at the bar area. The host says wherever you wanna sit she had no personality like it was a bother for us to even be there then Danielle came over Very friendly. We placed our order. Our order came out in weird ways food appetizer appetizer food had to wait forever for the drinks the bartender was overloaded. But not many people in here. Food was not that good. The fish and chips batter was doughy. We took a couple there that had never been there before and was very embarrassed and explained to them that we normally had a good experience there and the food was delicious, but unfortunately, it wasn’t this time

  Visiting my family and thought I’d stop in for dinner. 5 pm , Wednesday. Four people at bar, one of the bar tables has two people. I sat for 15 minutes with no greeting / not even a nod from the staff member clearing a table where I was seated. I would have sat at the bar but it was not clean. A foursome came in and a server took there Oder. The bartender stated that the server, Danielle, would be with me soon. No Danielle. After sitting over 20 minutes and the overall condition of the restaurant. Went elsewhere to spend my money- won’t be back- don’t recommend.

  We go every month for the pairing events and sometimes we just go in the afternoon for some appetizers. The food is top quality, the service is always phenomenal, and the pairing event is always a great value and a fun time of excellent dishes and drinks. It's always a great crowd and the hosts of the event are always very accommodating for my food allergies (I have shellfish allergies). I absolutely love this location!!

  This was the first time I have not had a great experience at Bonefish. Went there for Easter Brunch. Waited almost an hour to get food. Asked server about our order 3 times. He was dismissive. Finally we asked him to just bring us our checks for our drinks, salad. Miraculously, our food showed up. It seemed obvious that our plates of food had been microwaved. The plate was too hot to touch, but the food was barely luke warm. My muffin (bang bang shrimp eggs benedict) was too hard to cut with a table knife. The sauce was congealed, and the shrimp was chewy. No apology, no manager even when I asked if our food had been microwaved. Not a good experience at all.
