- TJThomas J3 days ago1.0They are still using day old biscuits earlier in the morning. I ordered a steak biscuit combo. The biscuit was hard and inedible on the bottom and around the edge on the top. The BoRounds were soft and mushy. The soda was as expected. A computer took my order and worked well. The employee at the window could have cared less. No greeting and mumbled something after I said thank you. This has become a regular experience so they must know it's happening. I end up going to the competition most days because of the hard biscuits. I love Bojangles in general but this location has a management issue.
- SCSB Collins5 days ago1.02nd time in 2 months go to pickup Chicken for family dinner (@ $49 dollars) to be told at 5pm it will be 20 minutes for chicken to be made before order will be ready. Totally unacceptable and will be hard pressed to try again. Sorry really enjoy the brand just can't get it as it's bever ready.
