  worlds slowest drivethru, especially at night. have genuinely spent near an hour waiting because its basically impossible to get out of line as well because the drivethru wraps around the back of the building. Usually the lines backed up out into the parking lot as well because they wont even take an order at the speaker until the previous car is leaving. probably so their computer doesnt show the actual wait times. if this wasnt the only thing open late between work and home i would genuinely never come back. as it is i only go if im desperate

  I had a disappointing experience at the Wendy’s on Loisdale Road in Newington, Virginia. I was picking up an Uber Eats order, and instead of any courtesy, the employee raised their voice at me just for stating I was there to pick up. The entire interaction was cold—no greeting, no smile, just handing off the food without any care. This location needs to step up their customer service big time.

  Worst sandwhich I've ever had in my life. Had to throw it away because it was runny like soup was pouring out of my wrap. This photo was after dabbing the side when I initially opened it.

  The customer service here is abysmal and it’s something that’s only happened over the last year or so. Rude staff who won’t even say “hello” or acknowledge you. I was forced to wait 5 minutes to give my order when I was the only car and staff acted like I was inconveniencing them. They literally handed me my food and took payment without saying a single word once I pulled up to the window. Bring on the machines at this point. At least they’ll give some type of interaction.

  The cashier was super rude. She had a really bad attitude like she was about to fight me. The one with curly hair white skin and short in height she rushed my order without asking me what I want for my drink I had to repeat my order multiple times. At the end THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!!
