I almost only wore positive reviews but I’m coming here for a negative one tonight since service was so bad. Confusing interaction with girl whose voice takes order- she wanted me to wait then when I finally got her attention again later she finally said “you can go ahead”… additionally this time is super slow - I even got food inside earlier and then experience was good and there were no customers inside and like 5 workers. There’s a guy who’s middle eastern maybe - he’s got very good service and I appreciate that a lot. But I think the girl in the window/audio needs training and it would be really ideal not wait 10-12 minutes in line at a very slow time

And she was getting frustrated. So once I called T-Mobile could you get free perks? They help me, but there was a little rude.
