We assumed he was checking if their machine is working, but instead he went all the way to the back and brought out another employee who spoke Spanish. We don’t speak Spanish! The whole staff ended up staring at us, which was uncomfortable and unnecessary. It felt like we were being singled out based on our accent, and it was especially disappointing to experience this right before Christmas. It was racist! There is a better way to handle situations like this if you can’t understand a customer! I truly feel bad for the employees who have to work alongside coworkers who behave this way. We’re not Loving it!
