  You would think a place that charges for tap water would be more clean & serviceable Guy just left bag of hard bagels and didn't even say it was my order Restrooms disgusting Have like 10 people working but still slow to serve.

  I have had multiple negative experiences over the last month. First it seemed to have bothered them that I was there at all. Then I went to pay with cash and a young girl yells from across the store that if I was paying with cash and it wasn’t exact change then I wouldn’t receive any change back. When you order in the drive thru they don’t tell you the total, they simply tell you to pull to the window so how are you supposed to get your money ready?Second me and some coworkers ordered online and I went in the store to pick it up. While entering, the other customer that was exiting made the comment that I wouldn’t get waited on because they have 4 of their friends in the store hanging out and they were too busy making them free samples of the drinks. I continue to enter, their friends were being extremely loud and obnoxious. They told me they couldn’t make 3 of their drinks because they didn’t have the ingredients and then got an attitude because I asked that something they did have be made. Third, I ordered a latte and when they handed it to me it was white. It looked like a cup of milk with ice. I questioned the color and the lady told me it was supposed to look like that. When I told her I ordered the same exact thing the morning before and it was brown, she got an attitude and rolled her eyes and then asked another lady if they put espresso in it. They in fact didn’t so she was visibly upset that she had to fix it. I was not paying $8 for a cup of cream and syrup. No one that works there seems to even want to be there.

  At 730 this am I ordered a Strawberry arefresher. ​While drinking the beverage, I discovered multiple sharp, stringy plastic shards. I initially thought it was a lid fragment, but after transferring the drink to a different cup, I continued to find more shards. I am concerned that a piece of equipment (like a plastic liner, a container, or a blender component) may be deteriorating and contaminating the drinks. ​I called the store to alert the manager so they could check their equipment and prevent other customers from ingesting this material. However, the manager dismissed the concern, claiming the shards were 'frozen oat milk.' Given that these pieces had not melted by 10:00 AM (nearly three hours after purchase), they are clearly not ice or dairy. ​I am not seeking a refund; I am reporting this so that a proper safety check can be conducted before a child or another customer accidentally swallows these sharp fragments.
