- RURiy UuDec 6, 20251.0I walked in this afternoon, wasn’t greeted wasn’t spoke to not a hello I’ll be with you in a second or anything while I literally stood there waiting to order my food . Only 1 person was in line and the the two boys just kept going on about their day didn’t pay me no mind so I walked out didn’t order anything, I hate poor customer service
- SRSerenity ReneeDec 6, 20251.0I just left here. I been to this location twice in the past 2 weeks. The first time I came I had to settle for a sandwich with turkey only. No peperonni due to the 2 workers nkt being of age to cut the pepperoni. They were out of a lot of other things like cheese & other meats. Second time today & they only had wheat bread. I do not prefer wheat bread, I was on my break from lunch and was told there are other locations and that there was no discount on the sandwiches with them inconveniencing me by only serving one selection of wheat bread when there are other bread options offered everyday. I spoke to the store owner/manager directly from an employee’s cell phone. He confirmed there would be no compensation for the inconvenience of them not being able to satisfy their customers with bread options they advertise to their customers. Customer service is terrible which in return makes customer satisfaction look like a joke. Will not be returning and will be contacting someone else.
