The owners are kind, hardworking folks who prepare delicious, fresh dishes in a casual setting while providing prompt, courteous service. Our favorite dish is the quarter or half chicken with two sides. We choose the house salad and yucca fries as our sides. Everything is made fresh, even the sauces and dressings. Another favorite is Pescado A Lo Macho - a delicious seafood dish! The Mt. Jackson location also offers a breakfast menu.
