  I was in the drive thru on my lunch break and picked up the big Arc Burger it was delicious

  Girl at drive thru window rude and combative and obviously doesn't know how to do simple math. Ordered Mcdouble meal for $6 and a special thru app deals for $5.59 and she argued with us the total was $18!. When we told her that wasn't correct she kept saying "that's what the screen says". Welp little lady we can't see your screen in drive thru and if you could do simple math 6 plus 5.59 equals $11.59 plus virginia sales tax is NOT $18! When we asked to speak to manager who never came she finally changed the total to correct amount. Then she copped and even worse attitude and slammed window in our face. After pulling up to 2nd window we asked again to speak to manager and the manager didn't even speak English and needed a translator and never acknowledged our bad experience even thru translator. Left voice mail for corporate. Let's see if they call me.

  Ordered several large McDonald's fries for delivery, got no fries 😂 I am actually shocked you sent out an order like that. My expectations are realistic but my goodness, y'all. This is comically bad

  Food average but main concern is about missing items in drive thru after payment. Paid for big breakfast with hot cakes (steak upgrade instead sausage patties) Got home no pancakes , guess it’s on me

  Ordered 2 steak biscuits w breakfast sauce. Handed me both and neither had the sauce. Asked for it they brought me 2 chicken nugget boxes each filled with about a half a packet of ketchep in a squiggly motion. ABSOLUTLY RIDICULOUS ! IMEDIATELY GOT A REFUND! you can give me the condiments you offer for your sandwiches without such a stingy attitude even after you screw it up you dont need my business. Now you lost labor, food and money. If you train you ppl to make a squiggly its not cute and frankly disappointing that for 16$ for 2 sandwiches i cant get some sauce!!!
