  From the Chesterfield, VA Jimmy John’s on Hull St, I ordered to take out and eat at home a 16” turkey sub with just turkey, onions, and mustard. Having not added the many other free toppings, you’d think there might be generosity with the turkey and onions. That was not the case when I got home and unwrapped the sub.. I literally got 3 thin slices of turkey and barely any onions. Why shouldn’t I be unhappy, especially when I could have gotten two 12” turkey subs for a BOGO price of one at Subway.

  The menu is confusing and the staff were not very helpful. I saw a sandwich on the app, but I was told only rewards members could order it and is had to be ordered through the app. I did not eat there. I might try again another day.

  Staff is always super friendly, food was make quickly and as ordered. Great sandwiches

  I asked the biggest guy behind the counter could he warm up my sandwich he said "No he couldn't make an exception for me". I didn't ask for much. I was very disappointed. There was a small bug in the wrapping of my husband's sandwich which we saw once he finished his sandwich. We don't know if it was in there when the sandwich was made or flew/crawled in there while he was eating. When I showed the guys behind the counter their response was "Oh yea we have flies in here" Other than those negatives, the music was good. I enjoyed laughing and joking with my husband but I won't be returning to this location again.
