Immediately I noticed the strobe effect from the ceiling fans being placed directly over the ceiling lights throughout the dining area. It was unsettling, and dizzying, but I couldn’t help thinking of someone with epilepsy coming in. The owner should seriously think of an alternative to using the fans, if not a remodel for the ceiling completely. While waiting for our food, we went to one of the high tops. It was worn down, and sticky.
