Walked in at 12:15 and no one even acknowledged me until 12:25 and proceeded to tell me that they are no longer taking food orders because they are too far behind. They said they could take a smoothie order but it would take 10 to 15 minutes wait time. I came for lunch not just a smoothie. So now I have to travel another 6 mi to get to the next one.

Finally my melted smoothie is found, it was left by the cash register at some point, and handed to me. 1 hour wait for a melted overpriced smoothie in 100 degree weather.
