The restaurant marked my order as picked up and refused to refund it. What makes it worse is my kid paid for it with the gift card she received for Christmas. Shameful management. Steer clear.

Just not a good sandwich at all and next time we want subway we'll roll the dice with the one in the Walmart

I ordered the Philly Steak, which is supposed to be hot, but not at this location. The meat was so cold that there were even some chunks still frozen. To say the least, I would never return to the Commonwealth Center branch.
