  I tried the new $6 smashburger and it was very underwhelming. Honestly. It lacked taste as in like Burger taste. It tasted more like just plain grease with no flavor. It was kind of strange. And the special sauce they put on it didn't really do much for my taste buds either.

  If I could give 0 stars or negative stars I would. Customer service is a joke at this sonic. They want to serve Customers sub par food. I am a door dasher and I asked them to remake food 2x for a customer and the man working refused to. They wanted me to deliver ice cream that was already melted when I got there. It was bad enough the order was going 10 miles but to start off with melted ice cream I was not going to deliver melted ice cream to a customer. After I refused the order they put the ice cream back on the counter to melt some more. If this is how they send out delivery orders, I wouldn't want to eat there.

  12/30/2025, 3:30ish The manager on duty and the person taking orders/cashier were so nice and helpful. The food was good but their kindness outshine everything else.

  Was not seved at the parking option and pulled to drive through had to yell my order 3 times workers still did not listen or where too lazy to not give me mayo when I asjed multiple times and both slushies where served as just drinks with ice at the top

  Just had the saddest breakfast burrito of my life. Half the tortilla was unfilled and just folded over. Eating the tater tots was like chewing on rocks, and the unsweet tea was extremely bitter.
