When I arrived, my teenage sister went inside to pick up the pizza. The manager was refusing to remake the pizza at this point, even after telling us on the phone to come back and pick up a new pizza. He became irritated and even raised his voice, seeming aggressive, towards my young sister. After hearing this I went inside and tried to speak with the manager to understand the problem. He would not speak to me and explain, and when I asked who I could call to fix this issue, the manager said I can’t call anybody and that he makes the decisions. I tried reaching out online with the Pizza Hut customer support but I never reached a real agent and was not contacted about my case as I was told I would be.
