After ordering I wasn’t looking at the tracking since I knew it would be a while but when I finally went and pulled it up again fairly close to my quoted delivery time I found my order had been cancelled. This on its own isn’t a problem - I was ordering on a snowy day, I know a lot of places closed early, whatever… but I had ZERO notification that my order wasn’t going to be completed. The lack of communication is completely unacceptable considering there are text alerts for other order status updates, but not if an order is cancelled?? Ridiculous.
