If you have had their breakfast sandwiches, you know its worth 5 stars! I love the morning crew that works during the week. They are the best! They make my day anytime I come in.

I asked for no cheese on my wife's sandwich but they ignored that request. She is allergic to cheese and could have gotten really sick if we didn't check first. They also put aioili on my sandwich which I ask for it to be left off. I deserve compensation for this mess. Do better panera.

Grabbed Panera breakfast with my husband this morning. I’m a sip club member and love my Panera breakfast, and was really excited. We ordered on the kiosk and when our order was ready for dine in, my husband’s sandwich was wrong. He ordered an Asiago Sausage Scramble but subbed out the Asiago bagel for the cinnamon crunch bagel, and added chipotle aioli. His sandwich had NO aioli (chipotle, or the garlic which comes on the sandwich normally) and had bacon instead of sausage. He asked for it to be remade, and offered to give the receipt showing his substitutions/additions back to the team member. She said no they didn’t need it. A couple minutes later, they called out a sandwich remake and he picked up his sandwich from the counter.
It was still wrong - the bacon had been replaced with sausage, but it was still missing the garlic aioli that comes on the sandwich normally and the added chipotle aioli. He was hungry and just said whatever he’ll eat it.
So as we’re eating, I open my plain cream cheese to put on my bagel, and it’s chunky/grainy. Almost more like cottage cheese. I asked my husband to take a bite and he said it was very grainy and I shouldn’t eat any more. So we threw it away and left. As we were leaving, a team member brought out a remade sandwich to another customer, apologizing profusely for the mistake. It kind of sucks that one customer gets their remade food brought to their table, and our remade food was just called from the counter w/out an apology.
Just disappointing that his sandwich was messed up twice and the cream cheese was wrong. Didn’t check to see if it was expired, I wish we had. I don’t think we’re going to come back to this location, we have had much better experiences at other local Panera’s.

It’s surprising Panera bread hasn’t gone out of business yet. The prices are absolutely unjustified and the service is horrible. This location is hit or miss but I’m going on 20 minutes waiting in my car while my wife’s inside waiting for her order to be complete. Also Imagine paying $7.50 for a grilled cheese sandwich….Atleast the food taste okay, most times.
