She acted as if we did not exist the whole time. Never asked if we needed anything. Kept walking past our table until we finally called out to her. We ended up getting our food to go because she completely ruined our mood. At this point idk if we will ever come back because of her terrible customer service! & she did not apologize.

- LBLaurie BarronOct 18, 20251.0We arrived at Five o'clock on a Saturday we were seated immediately there where maybe 12 other tables seated, we ordered drinks and appetizers mushrooms and wings asked for a large ranch for the wings instead of the blue cheese, appetizers arrive I could tell just by looking at them the the oil in the deep frier had not been changed or cleaned for a few days and instead of the large ranch we asked for we got a small bowl of blue cheese no problem I can ask again for ranch ordered our food four steaks and sides 45 minutes later the food comes one is so cold I swear it was in the fridge non of the steaks where cooked as requested, one steak was raw I mean raw one steak was so over done my dog wouldn't even it it and he eats his own crap, the waiter offered to refire everything we said okay a half an hour later we left with no food and starving the most terrible service I have ever had
