I placed the order on the app and got to the location with in 10 minutes(arriving at 11; they close at 12). I sat at the drive thru speaker for about 5 minutes before another customer drove up next to me to tell me they were apparently closed (he had to drive up to the window for anyone to tell him that). This has happened to me a few times at different locations in the area. I am done with mcdonald’s.
