Even if i did have to wait a bit for someone to ask me what I was waiting for. Won't say more because besides that who did finally help me was great even understood me with having no voice... They helped me! I ordered from the app and I ordered a big Mac meal with 6 nuggets for my doggos but what they had was 2 large fries and wasnt even me Idk but the app needs some adjustments to make things go more smoothly and they gave me my order than goodness for electric recipes! Or I would have been out 15 o.O

Ordered the New Big Arch with no pickles but it came out with pickles. I sent it back and asked for no pickles agian but idk if they reused the lettuce or something because i got the puckle taste again in the 2nd one as well even tho this time there were no pickles

Ordered a 6 piece Happy Meal with a chocolate milk. Got home had no milk and the nugget box has 2 eggs in it!! Gross. Needless to say I had a very disappointed grandson

Night shift crew barely spoke English. Communication was mostly charades with a couple McDonalds brand words thrown in. When I got to the window they handed me a random bag of food that was not even close to my order. When I tried to clarify my order by showing them the order on my phone they told me to pull forward. Sat there for 15 minutes waiting in the pickup area for an order that never appeared. Then the app told me my order was completed. And the McDonalds app is built to make refunds impossible without a receipt (which i never received) because the app doesn't have a basic receipt tracking function so I have to resort to going to my bank for a chargeback.
