Expect them to want you to pay for a mobile order because they are to careless to view that you already paid, expect your food to be handed to the person in front of you. But always assure they will be stingy with your sauce or forget it all together. Such a great experience.

They have recently gone to the new format where there is nobody at the front counter and no register either. You either use the kiosk, the app, or just leave. A pitiful way to do business. I ordered on the app, chose curbside pickup, and when I arrived, poorly done scraps of paper were on the curbside sign saying you had to either use the drive-thru or go inside to pickup. Once I parked and went inside because I did not want to wait behind a dozen cars in the drive-thru, I had to wait over 5 minutes just to get someone's attention in the back to help me. Add a bell or do something to let customers summon help. If you like half full fries that half the time are not crispy but a bit raw, and nearly impossible to get help at the counter from my experience, then this is your place.

My 3 friends and I met there, (3 cars) told her we just wanted 4 ice cream sundaes. But, again we were told to order using their kiosk. Turned out, when we asked, their "sundae machine" still didn't work. Same outcome as the several other weeks we visited. Hello Taco Bell, next door!!
