Lazy overpaid staff who want equal pay but cant even do the work to walk 20 feet to curbside.

Was able to speak briefly to two employees to ask about the order, but we ended up leaving after 30 minutes of waiting. There were 7-8 others waiting in lobby with us entire time all with online orders and no food.

Half the time the food is not cooked all the way through, missing items, very rude staff, and very very slow. They are joking in the back more than cooking/ serving food. You have to yell to get someone’s attention at the front. Corporate needs to do a clean out at this store NOW! It’s disgraceful and insulting. And quite frankly it’s sad y’all are okay with them collecting a paycheck and potentially poisoning us with undercooked food. Maybe I should call the health dept. maybe that will get your attention.

Did a mobile order and when I went to pickup my order there was nobody at the 1st window that I was told to pull up to and they didn't bag up my whole order sso I had to go back up there to get the rest of my order. When I showed up I sat at the microphone for 5 minutes and nobody came over the speaker so I pulled up to see an employee with an earbud in his ear and the manager was disrespectful. The second window attendant pulled out his phone and turned his back to me. I won't be returning to this location.
