  I had the most disrespectful encounter with a lady named Ebony, from the minute I pulled into the drive through there was zero customer service and she yelled at me as I kindly asked if I could have the creamer on the side, instead of politely saying no she starting screaming and made me feel extremely uncomfortable, I know many other people who go to Dunkin and have the same encounter with this worker which has made people stop going.

  I stopped by this Dunkin recently and it’s honestly pretty solid. The food tastes fresh enough and the staff has always been friendly, like they actually seem to care. I appreciate that, especially first thing in the morning when everyone’s half awake. There are times when things move a little slower than you’d expect, and every now and then my order isn’t exactly what I asked for. Nothing dramatic, just small mix ups that make you double check the bag before you leave. I guess that’s the only thing that keeps it from being great instead of just good. Still, I’d go back without thinking twice. It’s a decent spot if you’re nearby, just give your order a quick glance and you’ll be fine.

  This particular location has had their ice machine broken for over three months… It’s frustrating because this is the closest one to my house. When I asked the representative, who worked there how come it’s been broken for so long he flat out said that he’s been trying to get some money down for over six months to fix it. That management just does not care and what’s worse is that he says this so unapologetically. What made this whole experience even worse was I ended up getting an iced coffee since their frozen coffee machine was broken and I asked to get it sweetened with with sweet cream. He had put so much sugar in my drink that I could literally grind it between my teeth. This location either needs to fix their machine and higher people that can make drink drinks or shut it down. This is really awful service.

  This place sucks. I went there this morning one employee on the phone in the lobby. Drive thru full of cars and one guy trying to run the inside and drive thru. I came in stood around for 10 minutes no one came to help me so I left. I wish I could give no stars because everytime I been there either bad service or they don’t have what you want. Better location in Brandermill area. Just sucks
