  This is the absolute worse store. It’s always something. I ordered food today and received such poor customer service. My uber driver came to pick up my order and was told that it was cancelled and I was confused because I receive no notification. Apparently it was cancelled because they were out of crescent. I called the store and they relayed it was a miscommunication and that they told the first driver to ask me if I want something else. I told them I was waiting over an hour and had no knowledge that there was an issue. After clearing up that I would be okay with a bagel they offer to remake my order, only for me to receive the wrong order. I originally asked for sausage egg on a crescent but since they didn’t have the crescent I took it on a bagel. Instead I received a bacon egg and cheese. I called back and was forward to an employee who was so rude and disrespectful. She literally said “we’re sorry and there is nothing we can do, have a nice day”. How do you mess up someone’s order and not even show an ounce of decency. It’s always something with the store. Even my uber delivery driver was frustrated because he said they gave him such a run around. It’s unfortunate that these are the people handling food for others. This was so upsetting. Never again will I order from this location.

  I was in the drive through line and when it was finally my turn the person at the drive through told me to come in side so I left but they took the red jeep behind me. I had been waiting there for over 15 minutes. Ridiculous! Never going back!

  Every single time I come here my order is always incorrect and I have to pull around to the back for them to correct it and it’s still wrong. I will never be back to this location always always go to Powhatan!!
