  Absolutely outrageous customer service. I ordered a single pizza this afternoon (a Tuesday) around 1 pm. The estimated time for delivery around 30 mins so I know it wasn't busy. The tracker showed it was being made for over 4 hours before they cancelled my order with no contact to me. I called the store twice and sat the phone for over an hour both times trying to cancel the order as at that point I just wanted my money back. Both times I was hung up on before anyone answered after holding for all that time. Absurd that we cannot contact anyone. Even when rasing a case with their corporate, nobody responds.

  Picking up a pizza here always takes close to an hour, can’t imagine delivery is any better. They give a time estimate and it’s never done within that time frame, half the time they haven’t even started making my food within the time frame it’s estimated to be ready for pickup

  Ordered online for curbside pick up. Called the store because the curbside check in was not working. They left the call on hold for 9 minutes before picking up, told me my order, that I placed 45 minutes ago, was not in the oven yet, and then she hung up on me. No wonder they're a 3 star store. Will never order again from this location.

  I feel terrible for the one person that was stuck working today at this location. The managers here failed this employee. I've had issues at this location in the past related to food being overcooked, poor customer service, and timing. This time is unacceptable. I ordered one pizza and one order of bread at 2:15p through the app, I kept an eye on the tracker for updates and it went along like usual until I noticed it was in "quality check" for at least 30min. I decided to call the location at 3:15p for an update and after being on hold for 10min it was time to just drive down there. I didn't hang up and ended being still on hold until I made it to the store, another 10min on hold, totalling 20min on hold. I went in to the store and wasn't greeted until after 5min because the one person working there was obviously working his tail off. He finally reached a stopping point and asked if I was there for a pickup, I informed him of the situation and he said "sorry, I'm the only one here, I was just about to make yours, give me a few minutes." So not only has it now been over 1.5hrs since ordering the pizza for delivery, 20min on hold with no answer, and having to drive down to the store for any kind of update, nothing had even been made yet! He threw my order together and got it to me quickly. He was too overworked and behind to even offer a better apology or any attempt at customer service. I asked for his managers information and he said he didn't have it on him but if I could wait he could get it to me. Finally had my first bite 2 hours later. Again, not completely the employee's fault but the overall situation is ridiculous. I won't be going back there again.
