    13421 Hull Street.Came in to get two drinks, I was the only customer at 8:45pm on a Saturday night 10/25/25. 5 workers plus I'm assuming a manager on the floor talking while I stood at the register for a few minutes. No acknowledgement of me standing there. I seen the manager fill his cup with a drink, I looked on the side of the drinks to see if cups were there. Maybe if I would have helped myself, I wonder if anyone would have noticed. I kindly broke up the chatter and asked if drinks were free. One worker stopped what he was doing, chuckled and rang me up. I thanked him but only because I was taught manners. Everyone on that shift including the manager needs to do better with customer service!!!

    Very dirty in here. Came in to order food and we walked to the counter and waited in line while paying attention to the tables and floor and decided to eat T Mission Bbq instead
