This CAVA has a GM who is actively involved and hands on helping customers and I enjoy my experience with this location very much. Shout out Izzy and GM (I believe MO)

The last 3-4x’s I have gone to pick up a bowl at this location, usually pick up at night after a workout, I have been substantially skimped on the bowl itself, especially the meat. Maybe it’s just this location, because when I have gone to the Swift Creek location or even somewhere else, I get a solid, stuffed bowl that pressed against the top. These last few times I have even had space between the food to the top & barely any meat (that is also extra). I usually get half chicken & half lamb meatballs. I would get a decent portion of chicken & 3-4 meatballs. Last time I ordered that I got 2 meatballs & barely any chicken. Tonight I tried chicken/braised lamb & felt there was maybe 2oz of meat in total. I always order extras also, so paying $18-20 for a bowl, I would hope to at least get my money’s worth. This most recent visit may be my last at this location.
