The food is consistently poor, and the service is extremely slow even when there are multiple servers and very few guests. Tonight, we walked in and there was no one available to greet us. While I went to change toddler in the restroom, I saw three staff members standing around, yet no one acknowledged incoming guests. Even a DoorDash driver had to search for someone to help them. There was also no accessible changing table. When I asked about one (not expecting anything, just checking), I was told it was located in the handicap stall, which was locked and unusable due to a leak. It always seems to be one issue after another, and unfortunately, it’s enough to keep us from returning.
