You have to repeat your order 3 times and they still don't get it right. They give you your food and beverage, no straw, and no utensils but they say it's in the box. Then you have to get out of your car and go inside to fix your order and get them. They seem annoyed that they have to work. This company needs to hire better staff that has a clue and a manager that cares.
