- ADAngela DuncanDec 17, 20251.0i ordered the brisket for lunch yesterday. there was NO MEAT!!!! all it was was 2 strips of fat that looked and tasted like bacon. the employee said "that's not bacon! i can show u what our bacon looks like. she said brisket is always fatty. i told her i can assure her it is not always just a strip of fat with no meat anywhere else. (this looked nothing like your advertised picture) she wanted to give me another brisket sandwich but said it would be the same. i told her i didnt want it and to just give me a deluxe roast beef. the deluxe roast beef was just horrible meat on bread. it was not deluxe. no lettuce or tomato. i don't usually buy fast food but just before thanksgiving i went to a different location and got the beef chunks and a fried turkey sandwich. i enjoyed both so thought i'd try Arby's again....big mistake!!!! i'll never go again and i will tell my friends of my experience at this location!!!!!! 6541 Bayside Ln Midlothian, VA

Boy was i disappointed when I got the sandwich home. It looked absolutely nothing like the commercial, I mean night and day difference. It tasted good but the appearance was awful. I won't be getting another one based on this experience. 😤 The response you sent me to respond to another email address which is invalid only adds to my disdain to not only how you are handling this but also to the unprofessional resolve of my issue!!!!!!!
