- JHJammie Hyland5 days ago1.0My little sister loves 7 Brew and this one is the closest to her house but I have now come to this location and THREE TIMES they have left out any of the flavorings/sweeteners. I understand that people make mistakes but when I am paying these prices for a coffee I expect to get what I pay for. And why do w skimp on the cold foam, it’s an added price so there should be more in the drink.

The first time, the drive thru configuration is a little confusing, but there are signs indicating where to go and how to merge into the lane to order. The abundance of sugar free options and customization choices are endless!

I ordered two hot cocoas and one was fine (they messed up minor things) but the second was just warm oatmilk, there was absolutely nothing else in there, I drank about half of it thinking the chocolate was probably at the bottom and I even stirred to check and there was nothing except oat milk in my cup.
- MSMary ScottDec 18, 20255.0Hey there I want to let you know that I absolutely love your locations however oh my god the West end of Richmond Virginia the other side of the James River would sure love to have y'all build a location over there they come over from the West end not necessarily just to come over for your coffee but while they're over there they generally go to you while shopping etc etc and I'll run into people and they will talk about y'all and they're begging to please come over to the West end and build some locations All they have over there is dunkin' donuts and Starbucks well you know Starbucks lol. Please pass this on to your manager or send a customer comment to corporate to inquire about locations for the West end of Richmond thanks so much
