- RSRobert ScottMar 15, 20262.0Today, I went through the drive-thru and ordered a peanut butter parfait with peanut butter syrup on top. They handed me the parfait without the syrup. The girl who handed to us said they put extra peanuts on it by mistake and gave us a small cup of the syrup, rather than remake it. We pull off to the side and park to look at it further. Its so overfilled that pouring the syrup would just overflow and make a mess. I took it inside and asked them to remake it because it is overfilled and messy. They just look at me confused, and I have to tell explain it to them three times. Finally they take it and fix it. When I get back to the car, I notice they only scraped the top off and packed the syrup in. Pure laziness.

Floors greasy and footprints all over. Tables sticky. Someone had opened and squirted some of the catsup packets on the catsup packets in the holder. I did tell staff and she did clean it. Atmosphere was just not clean!
