- SBShawn BJan 24, 20261.0An absolutely rude and uncaring store. With a horrible and unhelpful employee. Placed an order in the app on Friday, January 23, 2026, around 10:50PM and arrived at 11:02PM. McDonald's app and signage on the building states the store is open until 12:00AM. Arrived and sat at the drive-thru speaker for about 3-5 minutes and honked a number of times to no response, a few other people arrived and did the same. Moved to the windows to speak with whoever was working. The woman was obstinately rude, refused to open the window to speak with us, tried to ignore we were even there and when finally acknowledging us simply kept mouthing the word "Closed." Held up our phone showing the order and she scowled at the screen, then opened the window and spoke broken English long enough to tell us, "We close 11." Both the app and the signs on the door said open until 12:00AM and she seemed flabbergasted by this fact when we mentioned it. She then told us to cancel in the app. Tried that. App said "You can't cancel your order, it's already being prepared." Showed her that message and she proceeded to shrugged and turn away closing the window on us without another word. Asked to speak with a manager through the closed window and was ignored while she began smirking to herself. Absolutely horrible customer servicing and assistance in every type and way. Will never return to this location, an experience rude and unhelpful enough for me to say I'd rather travel 30 minutes or more to another one going forward. Couldn't catch a name because she wasn't wearing her name tag or any other way to identify her to management or corporate in feedback.
