  I go to this Mcds maybe once a week, and although its not the biggest deal - they find a way to mess up my order LITERALLY EVERY TIME... Please train your employees how to properly read a screen and put the items in the bag... Its always the extra small things, like 3x chocochip cookies, the sauces for nuggies, or a straw/napkins... Literally every time.

  I ordered the new Big Arch combo using the kiosk. I watched the monitor to see when my order was ready. After a while I went up to check. Turns out my order had been sitting there and they were not using the order monitor that day. Maybe they should have cleared the monitor or turned it off. Anyhow the food was still good.

  This place bumps there orders to make their serving time look better. Which in return as a delivery driver hurts mine. They say the food is ready and then you wait 10 min for it. When asked about it the manager proceeded to lie and say thats not whats happening
