    Food looks nothing like the pictures, owner never returned calls when I emailed and did their survey I hope it goes out of business honestly this is how you run a business both advertising. As you can see in the picture what I received and what you showed in the window were not the same thing which is false advertising that's been months and no one's responded on Wendy's except to make excuses and the owner never contacted me so I really do hope it goes out of business.

    This store has 2.8 stars reason. Ordered a DD pickup for myself, 5-15 minute expected. Get there in less than 10, food not ready, cool. 20 in, I havent recieved any explanation or anything. A customer had already come, waited at the counter, not recieved service, and then left. Alas, I had preordered and could not do the same. Theres some commotion going on back there, lots of beeping, sounds like someone on a voice call giving instructions on how to fix a machine. Eventually, I learn their fryer just gave up but they're handling it. Alright, cool. By minute 40, I am given a completed order. But, its missing nuggets, and every sandwich has NOTHING on it except bread, the meat, and cheese if applicable. AND ITS ALL COLD. They made the main food in advance and just... let it sit cold for 40 minutes I guess. I try to get a refund through DD. Not possible. I asked to recieve a refund through the restaurant. Not possible. We are dumbly looking at each other. I have 20 minutes left on my lunch break, and I still need to drive back to work. Eventually, we settle on a remake, because I can't get my money and this literally just isnt even what I ordered. I would love a refund, and I understand the kitchen is a mess and I literally don't fault them at all for things out of their control... except some guy in the back just starts RAGING. Yelling about how he has to remake it, about how they have bigger things going on, etc. Dude, I want to be here as much as you do. I try to CALL doordash because at this point I don't trust this guy not to spit in my food the way he's acting back there and not even trying to hide it from the customer (me). I have to call my boss to say I'll be late. DD was useless, and I ended up getting the food remade nonetheless, so I left. Made it to work with 3 minutes to spare. Didn't catch any names, but the pregnant lady at the counter was nice enough and more than willing to offer the remake, just not the guy cooking. I hope at the end of the night, everyone was okay after the grease mishap. Seems like it was all over the floor. Please make sure your employees are safe and that your equipment isn't dangerous.

    Do better wendys. Im sorry the worker in the drive thru had to be there 11 minutes longer than her 4pm clock out time, but like that means you cant get food right?

    To my surprise, mid week at lunch time the drive thru was slammed however ordering at the speaker was best as could be, service at the window was excellent. Order was correct & food was as expected. (These things are hard to come across these days) the polite customer service was almost a shock, which is sad but was pleasant. Two men wearing collared shirts were assisting the window, I’m assuming managers. Keep it up & let your employees know how great they are!
