Today i received someone else's order. I called and was told it would be remade and re-delivered. I live less than 10 min away. An hour later i still have no food. I call again and again they ask if i want it remade. I said no since they obviously dont intend to follow through. Clearly i need a refund but they say no one at the store can do it. No manager is there. I order a lot from here but after today ill think twice since i either dont get my items or get burnt food. Edit. I already have called and "shared details". Twice. A manager was supposed to call. I still havd no refund. Ive filed a dispute with my card company. Yall are ridiculous
