  I love the staff and my food was great but this one staff she was draksin a females with glasses and long hair was very rude and nasty and threw my food at me .

  Please stay away from this place. I was just mistreated just now. She gave me cold sandwich and when I called to report it she giggled with colleagues and hanged up. I called back and she refused to tell me her name rather was more interested in replacing the order. I'm not hungry or looking for food. I wanted her to acknowledge what she did wrong and not give me free food. I wish her what she did to me.

  They're extremely rude. They do not acknowledge you when you come in.They do not acknowledge you when you walk up to the window. I'm in there 3-4 times a week. They don't let you know that any of the orders are done.You have to go up there and try to get someone's attention.And then hope that they acknowledge you and respond. I had four different employees make eye contact with me and not asked me.Was I ready to order?Did I already place an order?Can I help you? This happens every time it's as if they are too good to take your order as if they don't even want to be there.

  Had a nice time splitting a toasted and buttered bagel with a hot chocolate here. When you order a toasted and buttered bagel it would be cool if they buttered it for you… or a thought if they didn’t maybe the butter wasn’t as if it just came out of the freezer for ease of spreading. The hot chocolate was what we expected. Maybe just Hersey Syrup though. Anyway. The place was clean and the staff didn’t bother us. Full house so just be a hopping spot for soup!!

  My soup bowl was half full. When I complained they told me they only give three scoops. Get a bigger scoop. There was no difference in volume between the cup and bowl. Sandwich barely had any meat on one half. Panera at this location is not what I expect.
