I feel the hamburgers are cooked way too far ahead and that the cheese is not melted on the double cheeseburger and sometimes the fries are room temperature

This place bumps there orders to make their serving time look better. Which in return as a delivery driver hurts mine. They say the food is ready and then you wait 10 min for it. When asked about it the manager proceeded to lie and say thats not whats happening

When I got there to the drive thru the lady spoke and said “just a moment” didn’t mute the mic and sounded like she was on the phone she was cussing and everything. Waited for 5 minutes and then I tell my code I get my food a couple hours go buy and I have food poisoning 🙄🙄

Came here around wed 1/7 @ 7am..walked in and the staff looked at me then went back to their phone and talking..the drive thru person ended up taking my order..then when my order came out..the lazy person just placed the bag on the other counter and didn't even call out the number. If the manager doing their job, staf fshould not be like this.. the mgr should fire those people. The mgr should know who was on shift that morning.. It's a shame you come to a place where staff suppose to surrender customer service and its lacking in multiple areas. Some Mgmt these days also have no clue how to manage.
