At least give people a heads up if you’re short staffed so they can understand.

- RBRichard BayneOct 17, 20251.0It's 10:21 pm on Friday Oct.17 the person working the guy the drive thru was incredibly rude and disrespectful towards the guy that was in front of me and told him I'm trying to be very patient and professional with you but your going to have to wait (after waiting 10 minutes already) He then asked for a manager and when she came to the mic she was also very rude and unprofessional with the guy in front. Listening in the guy in front didn't say anything disrespectful towards the workers he was just curious why it was taking so long. I had to back out and leave because I was not going to deal with this kind of disrespectful attitude towards a customer.
