I asked this repeatedly (at least 15 times) because the person on the phone clearly did not understand what I was asking. Instead of clarifying or helping, the employee became frustrated and ultimately hung up on me. Completely unacceptable behavior for any business, especially when a customer is just trying to figure out which location to visit. If this is how they treat people before they even walk through the door, I can’t imagine how they handle actual issues. Very disappointing experience.
