Maybe employees need a better working environment, or better training, or maybe they just need better employees.
- CCChocolateJan 29, 20262.0I was very excited when this Dunkin first popped up! Compared to the other ones in the area it was great! But as time has gone on this place has become very very hit or miss, completely inconsistent. Sometimes the coffee is perfect, sometimes it’s super sour and sometimes it’s super watery. Sometimes the food is perfect, but most of the time it’s thrown together and cold. I’ve never had an issue with the pastries or donuts though. I don’t think anyone goes to Dunkin expecting 5 star coffee, but it’s become a complete waste of money. I really enjoyed coming here while it was good :(

I then asked if I was still being charged for the protein milk. She huffed looked at the bill and then didn’t tell me the total and I paid for something I didn’t even get. Soooo again, I get customer service jobs suck, but charging people for stuff you don’t give them isn’t ok.
