  I’d give zero stars if Google would let me but apparently even culinary disasters get a trophy nowadays. Reading must be really hard because they screwed up six items on our order. The food quality also just sucked dude, I wish I could say it didn’t, but it did. It’s not anger just sheer bewildered disappointment. Thin, soupy sour cream, crunchy rice, and what I can only describe as depression in a bowl. But here’s where it gets truly pathetic, they messed up my KIDS’ meals. You had one job that actually mattered, getting a child’s order right and you couldn’t even do that. Nothing says “we don’t care” quite like disappointing hungry children who just wanted their simple meal done correctly. How wretched must it be for a 3 and 6 year-old to mistakenly be given white milk after setting your heart on the chocolate milk you ordered and made up songs for on the car ride there? I’ve had gas station sushi with more integrity than this location. I don’t blame the high schoolers working here, but would love to know who owns this franchise because it’s about to turn back into the abandoned Burger King it was for the last decade. My money would’ve been better spent setting my order on fire for warmth. Do yourself a favor and go across the parking lot to Chick-fil-a.

  Well now I know why it gets 2.5 stars. We picked up food for a school fundraiser. Rice was undercooked…food left off order and burrito is like half the size it normally is! Never going back…horrible.

  Completely Wrong Order and Poor Quality I’m extremely dissatisfied with my recent order from Chipotle. Both of my salad bowls were completely wrong. There wasn’t a single vegetable in either bowl, and the rice was undercooked, it was honestly inedible. I paid extra for guacamole and the red chimichurri sauce, and neither were included in my order. When I tried to report the issue, the automated system offered me a free drink next time, which felt like a joke considering how much money I spent and how badly the order was handled. To make things worse, the in-person service at this location has been consistently terrible. The staff, mostly teenagers are always rude, roll their eyes, and act visibly annoyed at customers. That’s exactly why I stopped going in person and started ordering online, but even that turned out to be a disaster. I’ve never been this disappointed with Chipotle before. I hope management actually reads this and takes it seriously because this level of service and food quality is completely unacceptable.

  This is actually the worst Chipotle service I have ever experienced— and I have eaten Chipotle A LOT over the past fifteen years. I have given this Chipotle three tries since they have opened. The food is always fine – but the service is not what I expect from Chipotle. Last week, my order was 35 minutes late. Tonight, I arrived after my estimated pick up time and the employee at the window first seemed surprised that there was an order, then seemed bothered to have to make it, hastily shoving it through the window at me without saying a word. With so many other Chipotles around, there is no reason for me to go to this Chipotle again until some attention is given to employee training and support.

  My son waited 50 minutes to get our online order. It was supposed to be done at 5:50 PM and they called the order out at 6:38. I could have sent money with him and ordered at the counter and got it faster. Another couple with a kid was waiting as well for an online order and they ended up just leaving. My son asked about the order several times showed the employees the order off of the phone and they did nothing. The app says that the food is ready that it should be waiting. The fact that they wouldn’t offer to help out the two online orders that something was wrong is ridiculous. They were not busy.There was no apology, they didn’t offer to throw in some chips or something. On top of that, the burrito isn’t good. The meat so salty. This place is awful.
