We were served quickly, but the food was cold, they were out of guacamole (two for two on that), no napkins, every table was dirty and the trash was overflowing. There had to be 10+ people behind the counter and there was no line, so why it was filthy is beyond me. Won't be back.

When I was finally acknowledged by this young boy he proceeded to start making my food when I asked for chicken he haphazardly threw a half a spoon of chicken in the bowl and I asked for more chicken and he said it would be extra charge I replied it was not a whole spoon full he got smart and said it was. I saw them make 3 other ordered in front of me and it was not the same amount as the others. Yall need to get people in this store that ha e customer service skills. This is the 3rd time I have been here and I will not come back. Please get people that want to work and have people skills. This boy needs to be washing dishes or something that does not require him to interact with people. I left and will give my money to another establishment.

I’ve reached the point where I order in person just to make sure I’m getting what I paid for, and even then, "double meat" or "extra" portions are smaller than standard servings elsewhere. You’re essentially paying more for less. Save your money. Dont even try to call the location to voice your concerns. You wont get a person, cant even get a person to report their major let downs. All AI. Such a joke.
