I ordered a chicken bowl and requested double chicken she then responded with she already gave me more than what I was supposed to have .. the guy standing beside her looked me dead and my face and place ONE more piece of chicken in the bowl .. If I’m paying EXTRA for something I should have what I requested. Customer service here sucks and needs major improvement. No wonder why it’s rated so low.

- MMMPLIIDec 22, 20251.0I don’t recommend getting pickup orders. I ordered a salad and got a little shredded lettuce and toppings. Also ordered a carne Asada burrito and they gave chicken. I went back to location so they could make it right and they said they are out of Romain and gave me more shredded lettuce to make the salad right. They could have put the lettuce in the bowl the first time! This location struggles to get it right.
