Hands down the worst restaurant experience you could ever imagine. Just avoid this place. If the owner or regional sees this. The people you employ are not worth the struggle. Let them be jobless. Save your money.

We ordered some food and asked for a cup of water and they tried to charge us for a water cup.. Taco Bell was the last place to do this to us and we haven't supported them in 6 years, welcome to the list Bojangles! You won't have to have dirty customers like us anymore Who want water with their meal?

Multiple times in a row, I ordered 2 sausage egg and cheese biscuits and they rung up just sausage biscuits. Somehow today they rung that up as 2 Cajun filet biscuits. I dont know how they can consistently ring up my order incorrectly every single time I come here, it's ridiculous.

I love Bojangles, but they are SO understaffed all the time, it is ridiculous. It usually takes a minimum of 25 minutes at the drive thru.

Why are you even operating? I stop by to grab some lunch, I go inside and go up to the register, no one comes to take my order. Finally the lady says ," you may as well go thru the drive thru because we're short staffed " I say " ok" and do that. I get to the window, no other cars are in front of me. Same worker comes over the intercom saying " ill be with you in a moment ". Ok. I wait maybe 2 minutes before she comes back saying " How may I help you". I " TRY "to order an 8 piece tailgate. She says " its gonna be a wait because we're short staffed and the chicken hasn't been dropped yet" I say ok, "can you tell me the wait time "? She says " I don't know!" Yeah I had to drive off and spend my money somewhere else. Im very disappointed and won't be visiting this location ever again.
