  I used to frequent this Bojangles daily but will probably find another to start going to—if at all. The food at this location in particular has been on a constant decline. And god forbid you ask for light ice they will refuse to fill up your cup with drink. Last week I nearly had a half cup of drink all because I asked for light ice. As expensive as Bojangles is filling the cup is the least you can do.

  Bojangles used to be the best, however, they have really gone down the drain. Biscuits and fries are always burnt. Staff cusses loudly every time I go. Last time, they ran of macaroni and cheese and didn't even bother to make any more...It was only 5pm. Even the manager, (seen below) yells obnoxiously for his staff to come to him instead of getting up and going to them. He didn't correct any of their behavior or language, even though my young child was sitting right beside me. I will for sure not be going back. They leave the dining room a hot mess with food, drink, and napkins all over the tables. I would hate to see what the inside of that kitchen looks like, or know the last time that it was actually cleaned. They even had trash stuffed in the spoon container on their counter and refused to clean it up.

  Whoever manages this Bojangles needs to staff it. Waited for 20 minutes (saturday afternoon) locked into the drive through order - one person ahead, one person behind, concrete barrier to the right. And then botato rounds were an extra five minute wait!? This is Bojangles man how are you going to not have botato rounds ready to go. There were two people working inside but literally no one walking in to order - I imagine DoorDash is the culprit but who’s to say. In any case, staff a third employee at least oh my god. Person behind us in line left after we ordered. This place is definitely losing business because the manager can’t staff. Wouldn’t recommend coming here until some reform is made.

  This Bojangles at Atlee Road has very poor customer service. You have long waits; especially in the drive-through. They don’t give you any feedback if you’re waiting a long time for your order; which is always. I have called the Customer Service# and was told they were inactive and you had to make your comments/suggestions online. I would not recommend.

  my girlfriend went in for a doordash order, and was handed a box without a bag. when asked if she wanted a bag, she said that would be preferred, because this is not FOR US it is for a doordash customer. she received an insane amount of attitude from every individual working up front, and they talked about her directly in front of her. we are just doing our job like everyone else. i work at starbucks along with door dashing and i do not treat any person like that— regardless of if they are a direct customer or not. i understand the struggle of food service just as much as the next person, but that is ridiculous.
