The ½ chicken were okay but the mac and cheese should not be runny. What kind of cooks they have back there serving mac and cheese thats soupy. And the lima beans were nasty as well. I would not recommend those 2 items if you must eat from here.

Updating: management and corporate did reach out to help make the issue right. Giving them back a star for that! Messed up two of my mobile app orders in less than two months.
Today I Ordered a DOUBLE big cheesy Bacon Burger (with no bun), but only received a single patty. Ordered on the app, to go. Bag comes with a sticker sealing it, and it is annoying to always have to open to inspect my food. Today I just assumed it was correct and took it back to work with me. I was really annoyed when I opened my order back at the office to find that I did not receive what I paid for.
Less than two months ago, I ordered extra cheese sauce that I paid like an extra $2 for, and did not receive that.
Again, when you get your food to go, you don't always think to check inside of it the order needs to be accurate for quick grab and go, since no one wants to return to the restaurant and give up more of their lunch break because their order is messed up.

Majority of customers are senior citizens yet the music through the speakers in the ceiling was rap/annoying pop and VERY loud-- could not carry on a conversation in the dining room -- couldn't wait to finish and leave

Young man named Austin waited on us, he was fantastic. Asked for food to be prepared a certain way, it was perfect. Folks there are doing a very good job!! Thank you.

This Arby's location is one of the best I have experienced. The customer service Team was professional and polite. The Rotisserie Chicken was seasoned and cooked perfectly, I highly recommend this Arby's location. They must have a professional next level Chef hidden somewhere in the kitchen.
